Strawberry Rosé Wine Popsicle Recipe

Strawberry Rosé Popsicle

(*Serves 10)

Ingredients: 

• 1 ½ cup strawberries
• ½ cup simple syrup
• 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 cups of The Pale Rosé 

Instructions:

• Slice 1 ½ cup of the strawberries and add to a blender with the simple syrup and lime juice
• Blend until smooth
• Stir the wine into the mixture
• Grab your popsicle molds and start filling them with the blended mixture within ½ inch of the top
• Freeze for one hour
• Add sticks for the popsicles in the popsicle molds 
• Return to freezer for at least 4 more hours
• Remove the popsicles from the popsicle molds and place into a wine glass 
• Pour The Pale Rosé over them and enjoy!
