Strawberry Rosé Popsicle
(*Serves 10)
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup strawberries
- ½ cup simple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cups of The Pale Rosé
Instructions:
- Slice 1 ½ cup of the strawberries and add to a blender with the simple syrup and lime juice
- Blend until smooth
- Stir the wine into the mixture
- Grab your popsicle molds and start filling them with the blended mixture within ½ inch of the top
- Freeze for one hour
- Add sticks for the popsicles in the popsicle molds
- Return to freezer for at least 4 more hours
- Remove the popsicles from the popsicle molds and place into a wine glass
- Pour The Pale Rosé over them and enjoy!
