What Is American Single Malt Whiskey?
The Mindel Mill brand is run by industry leaders in the estate-made American Single Malt Whiskey space and has championed the ratification of this newest category of whiskey. Their efforts were finalized on December 18, 2024, after years of dedicated advocacy.
Estate whiskey is all grown, sourced, distilled, and bottled in a single location. No part of the production process is outsourced. That means Minden-grown grain meets Minden-natural waters to produce Minden Mill whiskey.

This is their expression of an American classic, but with a subtle modern touch. This Bourbon is aged for four years and made from a mashbill of 60% corn, 20% rye, 10% oats, and 10% barley, resulting in a flavor profile that’s savory and balanced with notes of cola, cherry, vanilla, and spice.
